I am not an expert, but looks like you haven't drained the compressor for a long time. It's normal for the compressor to collect moisture from the air, so if you are using it for the whole day, then keep it drained at least once in 2 days. This compressor is very strong and I doubt if there would be any backflow from our tiny dental turbine unit. The compressor might have blown some rusty water with air because of being too full of water.

@@saxenaabhi thanks abhishek for replying. Yes, i didnt know we had to drain the compressor so it was quite long since i drained it. I think there is some prob with the safety pressure valve, maybe coz of rust n all ---because pressure is not building up and there is leak from the pressure relief valve. Tried with teflon tape to fix it but still its leaking from there. Have u faced this problem ?

Khushboo Shah that is air hose , it does not comes with compressor. You need to buy it separate depending in how far is your room is from compressor.

Specifically for this silent compressor. I did went to Supercheap and Bunnings both but didnt help much and was left to find the appropriate fitting on my own.

as far as I understand you can operate more than one unit. It just that you may need bigger tank capacity. You can either add nitto 2 way splitter coupler on the compressor or you can add 10 mm tube 2 way splitter before you put your tube in dental unit.

you can take help from bunnings, people are quite good there. just take a snap of your chicago compressor outlet and take your dental turbine unit with yout. Ask someone there to help, ask them that you want to connect the 2 points : outlet of your compressor with the 10 mm input on your turbine unit. If that doesn't help contact me again.

I am taking the unit to Bunnings but i have a doubt The tube diameter of my dental unit is just 5mm.. is yours a 10mm? Is there a chance for ours to be different diameter but they both look same

did you watched this one kzbin.info/www/bejne/bnyxZnxvarSkjdk. I doubt its different, i remember it is 10 mm pipe but not sure. end of the day it do not matter, you just need the correct connector that can go in your compressor hose and to the 10 mm pipe.

Thanks for the help Abhishek! Yeah the unit tube is 5mm that is standard for most units and we finally found two connectors one for the compressor and another that fit with the unit tubing..

once you done with your setup, use this as well www.bunnings.com.au/toledo-6-16mm-perforated-clamp-hose-fit_p3100207 to seal your 5mm tube connection on the connector that attaches it to compressor hose. Else the air may leak over the time.
