Hi. Did you reserve a name as part of lodging/registering the company? If this is the case, it might have happened that all your names were rejected and your company was registered with the enterprise/CK number as its name. If this is the case, you can reserve a name separately, once that is successful, you then do a a company name change on the CIPC eServices website. It will be free because you are changing from a CK number as the name to the real name. Also, check the balance on your CIPC customer account, if your name was rejected, the 50 rands for name reservation should still reflect in your account and only 125 rands would've been deducted for the company registration

Hi bro. I trust you are well. I think it is possible. On the registration screen, where it asks if you have an SA ID or Smart Card, click "no" and it will give you the option to input your passport number.

Ola Themba. Congratulations on registering your company! All the best. I suspect that you registered your company and did not use that approved name during the registration process. In other words, you did not attach the approved reference number to your company registration. To fix this, you can do a name change for your company. It will be free, you will not have to pay the 250 rands filing fee, because you will be changing the name from "enterprise number as the name" to the reserved name you desire. I don't have a video

Also, just to confirm, did you receive your company's registration certificate on your email as a confirmation that your company was successfully registered? If you did, you'll notice that the name of your company is its registration number.
