I meant everything I said. Great grill. Made great food on it. I just made a rack of pork ribs today on it. You all should know Monument was very proactive in asking me what I liked and disliked after I put up my video. They are legit committed in making a great grill.

just put it together last night and it's just like video, a breeze to put together. for those of you worried about lifting the top, i removed everything inside (other assembly items were in a box inside) and it was no problem for shorty me and my very weak arms to lift it and put it on top. im sure it's always safer with two people, but if you're in a bind, it's doable.

I bought one in May. Absolutely love it. Hands down best grill I’ve ever owned. They’re priced perfectly too. You are getting high end features and looks for a fraction of the cost.

Closing the tank is by far the most important part of wrapping up the grill. (I live in California, covering the grill takes too long to grill the next day😂)

Peanut Butter Mix 1 cup peanut butter 1/2 tsp granulated garlic 1/4 crushed peanuts(lightly salted) 2 garlic cloves, crushed 1/3 cup Brown sugar 1/3 cup soy 2 Tsp cider vinegar 1/4 cup honey 1 Tsp black pepper corn mix well.. Follow along in the video. Amazing recipe

On the inside of the door, there should be a hole. If you stick your finger in and push the retracting rod up, it should release the door.
