Randall was actually referring to Vanitas as he was the one who brought him back to Monstropolis and gave him the Unversed instead of Johnny, and keep in mind this came out 5 years before Randall’s return in Season 2 of _Monsters at Work,_ so it’s likely that _Monsters at Work_ and _KH3’s_ story of Monstropolis is set in different continuities/alternate universes. Not to mention once our heroes returned to the laugh floor, they encountered Vanitas who not only revealed that he brought back Randall but also used Randall’s negative emotions and thoughts of revenge to create more Unversed for him.

is there anywhere where i can find all the different overlay/layout styles? saw this used at a smash local in tampa and am interested incase i decide to host anything but i wanna look around at everything before i dive in, from what's on the channel though at least and what was used at the tournament this looks insane

What tournament was it? or what was hosting it? I don't think i have a video with all the default styles included Scorebars Offline, but i can make one for you if you messae me on the Discord. In Scorebars Offline though, if you have your own design, you can import it into the app and use it with the system. I have a Channek on the Discord where people can share their styles for other to use as well, though so far i've made all of the extra ones that arent already included in the app itself. discord.gg/zH2M2T4GuJ

@@CorePixels okay replies are being weird but it was a smash tournament ran by Neon Dreams Arcade where they had the Genesis style layout and they pointed me here and I just remembered this last night. If making the video is too much trouble you don't have too but otherwise I joined the server a bit ago and you can slide that over whenever. also really like the idea of importing layouts and smashgg integration too those sound great esp for smash brackets with layouts already made

This was before _Monsters at Work_ ever existed and officially came out to everyone, not to mention that Nomura and the team at Square Enix were working closely with Pixar (who made the original Monsters Inc.) and not Disney Television Animation, so it’s likely that the Showrunners who worked on _Monsters at Work_ were not involved in Monstropolis story in _Kingdom Hearts III._ Even the same can be said for the _Big Hero 6: The Series_ which although is set after the _Big Hero 6_ movie just like San Fransokyo story in _Kingdom Hearts III_ being set after the movie the showrunners who were involved in the TV series weren’t invited nor did they took part in KH3’s story of the _Big Hero 6_ world.

Now that the latest _Monsters at Work_ episodes were released I guess you could say that the _Kingdom Hearts III_ version of Monster’s Inc. is likely set in an alternate universe of the movie’s timeline considering that Randall’s return in _KH3_ and _Monsters at Work_ are different from each other (Kingdom Hearts III: Vanitas rescuing Randall; Monsters at Work: Johnny Rescuing Randall). Even the same can be said with _Big Hero 6: The Series_ being set after the movie is a different version/timeline compared to KH3’s story of _Big Hero 6_ being set after the movie, especially since in KH3, Hiro realizes the original Baymax made by Tadashi was still alive when Dark Riku brought him back while in the TV Series he discovered after fighting against Celine Simard / Sirque Hiro Discovered the Original Baymax was still in the dimension but was never rescued.

Galeem actively refuses to understand that a proper balance is necessary, and sees the dark as pure evil when there are characters like Gooey from Kirby that show this isn't true. Dharkon understands perfectly and continues anyway, gleaning pleasure from watching others suffer.
