Uh... I have dog hair stuck so deep into this caster wheel that simply waving a magic wand over it does absolutely nothing. I am basically prying hair out of it with a steak knife, and I look up this youtube video and it's telling me to give it a gentle brush... This is awful, roomba should never have made this essentials version...

Problème résolu. Il faut soulever le robot pour faire « tomber » la lingette par gravité. Ensuite, il est possible de tirer délicatement les pattes pour éloigner la lingette du corps du robot et ensuite le mouvement de montée est possible. C’est fragile, mais faisable.

None of my maps save on Roomba iRobot 5. Super sucks. That was something I really wanted to utilize. Heck, even a cheaper Shark robot vacuum has better mapping than this vacuum at twice the price. Super disappointing!

I’m using the i5 and I had it run on the mapping for at least 3 hours and it’s just cleaning random areas and my map doesn’t even show on the smart map tab! Really reconsidering about this purchase

The essential range are not real Roombas, they’re rebranded Chinese designs. They don’t even have dual brushes.
