It was! This is always a go to for lunch during the week. This is just a local spot near me, so its pretty averge quality but you can find some really amazing ones in Saigon that you'll think about for years!

Yeah, Vietnam is really safe! But scams do happen so this video was an awareness video for travelers so they are familiar with common petty theft and how it usually happens. As far as physical violence goes, that is extremely rare and you don't hear about it happening to travelers here if ever.

I haven’t traveled back to the US from Vietnam since Corona but I assume you’ll just need to have the proof of your vaccination that you got in the US. But you’ll have to talk to someone who is actually done it or a travel agent perhaps who can give you the specifics on coming back into the US.
