However, of you don't get the wrap just right, it can scrape the skin. I have a hard time sweating during exercise, so I'm hoping the sauna part lives up to the hype. I've only had one excersise session with it, but I'm very hopeful that I'll see some results with this. If nothing else, I'm feeling more confident with lumbar support to do ab stuff so that's a plus. I've recommended it to my mom who has the same issue. I'll update later if I have more feedback.

When I used these two together I couldn't tell if the sweat in my belt post-workout was from the trainer/gel, or the sweat that was rolling down from my breasts lol. I'm a DD-cup and them girls be cookin' lol.

Are they very quite comfortable? When I have word coloured contacts in the past they were very uncomfortable. It almost felt like they were poking me or that they were going to fall out.
