Sadly, after a year of romo, patients MUST take a follow up drug and most often it's denusomab/Prolia, which isn't exactly cheap either. Reclast has the cytokine release reaction that is probably more prevalent than folks want to admit, causing patients to not want it.

This med has the name Dayvigo in 2024 10mg. This is my experience two nights did not work . I did research and it says do not eat three hours before taking. It will lessen the effect so I did not eat for three hours or more experience. My body became very hot, my head, my neck, my face, my eyelids, my body became relaxed, no more tossing and turning. My problem is I cannot fall asleep, after many hours I stayed in one position still and not fall asleep until around 9 o’clock in the morning. I read that this does not knock you out. It helped your body to calm so you can sleep When your body and mind may be ready. I never dreamt, which is unusual for me because I usually dream and remember my dreams my sleep if any, which I do not know how much I had because it was so hollow. Some people say they have vivid dreams. I have none some people say they have sleep paralysis, I had none. We are all different and we need to know what the medication does and don’t assume that it will knock you out. Read about it read what you should and should not take how long I am still looking for sleep. It’s been a month of unknown black hole up more than I am down. I cannot fall asleep. My body does not get tired. My mind does not get tired. I am hyper aware this medication for me. I would suggest that the best way to manage these conditions (which I have) is dietary over the long haul. Make big dietary changes that favour foods that will have the body go easy on the insulin. Whole foods not processed foods for example. I don't think there are silver bullets to get at the root, but maybe to manage the symptoms in the short term.
