poor marks on the interviewer for not getting indie hacking defined before launching into a big tirade about how it fits in if you don't know what it is you're completely lost
@TheBootstrappedFounderКүн бұрын
Noted! For anyone wondering, indie hacking is the act of building independent software businesses, usually bootstrapped without outside funding, run by a solopreneurial developer.

@@NikhilSingh-tu6vsThey aren’t fake follower, if you buy your followers from a good source. It’s a lot of stress growing from scratch.

Great video and tips. Really insightful. I could see myself sharing day-to-day behind the scenes updates, but I don’t know what to share on a schedule. I see the benefit of sharing processes and getting instant feedback - but that too can’t be scheduled then. What would the scheduled content be? Like general tips and tricks that fits your niche or fellow entrepreneurs?

I'm happy to see anyone effort be successful but I have questions. 1. talking about the products youve shipped, what % of your success comes from the existing audiance? 2. What % is new? 3. What % is purely selling your shipfast package ( so not a product you built to ship fast ) 4. I saw an interview that mentioned your product is great but if you are targetting developers, you should be slightly more transparent. What do you even mean when you say, “feature”? Do you mean take the entire product idea, break it down into all its components and features and then choose one single feature from that idea to build and ship? I find it hard on my conscious to attempt to deliver a partial solution that I know is not complete. I’m okay with dropping a -delete account feature or things that are t crucial but I think this needs to be talked about more. Also, just a Question, it only works with next.js right?

Funny that he doesn't know there are communities of people making fun of him and think he is a scam. He basically collect a lot of sentences he doesn't understand from successful Silicon Valley guys, and copy paste them to look smart. Bottom line this is literally a guy who build html pages with the idea of digital nomadism, got famous from it, then based every other useless thing he made on the first success. Indeed an unbelievable story of overrated human. It is not surprising because other humans tend to appreciate anyone who makes money, and it doesn't matter how, they will tell you - well he is successful and that is an axiom, you should love him. Now he is selling t-shirts for 50 Euros .. because everyone makes AI so he need to be special and different again, and the herd will follow. Anyway it is just a matter of time for him.

51:30 building in public forces you to be honest, not secretive, which helps you land on strategies that are honest and makes promises you can fulfill

I’m hyped! 10:40 You only need 1 hit to win. But you've gotta keep digging if you hit a little gold. 11:30 million year revenue comes after many years of consistency on the same thing 26:00 Podscan's pmf and icp - thinking around that 27:15 Think of your business as a child you're raising. Be patient and develop it over a long time frame. Don't yell at an infant for not having pmf.
