how does a single skin behave in a stall / spin / asymmetric collapse? It seems like without the cell structure it could be hard to re-inflate and hold shape.

@@DansEscapades Nice idea (how you have it set up - makes good sense). What app are you using? Looking into those as well. Thank you for your help and advice. I have so much to learn, but I love it! I used to fly small aircraft (Cessnas, Pipers, etc.) and there's not a day that goes by that I don't think about flying. I always loved low and slow flight, so I know I will love this! It's truly the purist form of flying one can do.
@DansEscapades
@DansEscapades 5 ай бұрын
@@todd.foster77 it’s deffo the simplest and rawest form of flying I think. The app I used to use was PPGPS - quite simple to use and easy to read. Now I use an app called Gaggle. It has more features on it and about 4 quid a month. You can get a “flight deck” that clips to the front carabiners allowing a platform for what ever you fancy- phone, camera, snacks ….

Any chance you know of a Motor Trike video from England where the operator flies into a farmer's field & then pedals his trike into town to fill it with gas (petrol) then rides back to the field & takes off? I seem to remember it was a fixed wing trike but may have been a para trike. It was about 10 - 15 years ago I saw the video. I would like to find it again. Thank you.

Great advice. It does seem like the last loop on your deployment bag was pretty tight. It should come undone under its own weight, you shouldn’t have to pull it that hard, hopefully whoever packs your reserve will do a better job, sometimes the factory pack isn’t ideal.

Hello, I use the Alctitude strobes, they are very powerful. They can be seen at more than 10 miles and last more than 8 hours on each charge. They have a wireless connection and can have up to 30 strobes with simultaneous ignition and flashing synchronization. They also have the peculiarity that they are completely repairable and all their parts they are achieved. I consider it the best option at the moment, due to its capabilities, power and low price.

Seems a little like operator overhead to me. That tent is probably in the top 5% of simple tents Half your video seems to be rant, which, honestly, evidences an issue not originating with the tent Not to be an asshole or anything, but ALL tents are pretty complicated until you figure them out completely. And if you don't camp often, you figure it out again each time! On it goes until you rip it, break it, or lose a crucial piece. Then you buy a new one and the cycle begins anew. God forbid you loan your tent out to someone😅. Nah, bruh. Besides price- the tent ain't your problem. That's okay though. Frustration breeds patience. I'm interested in a follow up. Did you use it once and put it away? Good luck on your adventures!
