Is it a maple tree? Small bubbles can be seen when maple sap exits a tree taphole. These bubbles are actually gases that come from the tree's wood as part of its respiration process, and are a natural occurrence. The bubbles are tiny near the tree but grow larger as they move through the spout and dropline, and move slowly, perhaps an inch every few seconds. Some say that these bubbles are the reason maple trees run sap in the spring.

You should really put this video on your Amazon store for each of your products. I just bought your spile, bucket and lid separately. Reading the reviews everyone was complaining about no instructions. Luckily I found your channel on youtube. The shopping experience will be much easier with this video. So the lid really doesn't come with the wire? That's what a review says. I guess I'll have to be patient and find out.
