The flashbacks... In winter 1995-1996, nearly 30 years ago, Rev Horton Heat was playing Club DV8 in downtown Salt Lake and a few people were stage diving. When I took a turn, as soon as I hit the stage and faced back at the audience, Rev hooked me around my waist and threw me back into the amps and pointed at me and screamed "stay off of my fucking stage" and security threw me out the side door. I didn't have a shirt on and a bartender was outside smoking and she took pity on me and walked me back in the front door so I got my shirt and then hung out in the back and watched the rest of the show. I had square bruises on my back for weeks from the amps.
