I have the 2024 eco boost xl with AWD. I like the power and the pickup no turbo lag. The sport mode is fun it shifts fast at a high rpm. The rain thing bothers me as I like my vehicle clean. I’m not happy with how the kick plate when you get out gets scuffed up especially when my kid gets out the passenger side.But all in all I’m happy with the truck.

I've owned a ecoboost lariat maverick for a month now. I have minor complaints nothing I really hate. Like the rear view mirror sits really low, as a taller person the mirror sits right in my field of vision where I would usually see traffic from my right coming to a 4 way intersection, or roundabout. The cubby beside the infotainment system, too small to fit anything useful, not angled enough to hold in change, but fits my wallet so that's OK. And the mud/rutt modes locks me out of higher gears so going 25 on a gravel road forces my engine up to 3000rpm which kills my gas mileage in the long term. I live in alaska so there's a lot of loose gravel and dirt roads.

Funny how the transition from electric to gas has a shudder and shake, which is a negative. But when there are no gears to shift, and they remove that shudder and shake - it's a negative as well.

Kind of upsetting to buy something you like only to encounter problems once you take ownership of it. It hurts the brand. I never encountered any of those issues with my ford ranger it always ran well and was super reliable and got great gas mileage being a stick shift an in line 4 with two spark plugs per cylinder great motor design by ford.

0:40 My first documented oil change (I did the first myself at 1,300 miles, then at the dealership at 5,000), the oil change tech got mud on the door sill and that trim piece. I cleaned up their mess, did some research and found door sill grip tape. Now it's easier to clean and provides grip for those who insist on stepping on the door sills. Lastly, try the "reboot" procedure for the infotainment. Press and hold both the power & the skip track forward buttons until it reboots. Should do the same as turning the Maverick's ignition off then back on.

Play the biggest thing he did say about hate is technology should be better than it should be Afro. How many models and as big as the company is for the technology from apple or Android or sync should not be doing what it should be doing by being spotty going off and on I do understand that the other stuff doesn't hate it's just pet peas. But in general yes, the quality of vehicles could be better. Look at where they send it to not trying to be a hater, but build countries in America. Yes, America's don't always build the best, but stop building cut cars at other countries just to make a penny or save a penny. It was a good video, but in general, it was a good video. They learned some things I did not know in vice vercause. I'm good advice. I'm not a full-blown technician myself. But I do tinker myself on cars. Maybe there's something he said that I didn't understand or there's things I could tell him about cars but it was a good video but maybe he does a different word than saying a pet pee or something like that. There are things that we can't account live without understand I'm looking to buy a Maverick. I am the early 50s as a toy as a second vehicle. But still overall, I like the video I live in California. Southern California, maybe a little spoiled down here. Commander, I have lived in. Other states, what's the bad weather? But I wan to buy the car for performance.

There were so many things missed about the m60… it has way more tech. Heated seats. The range is better especially in cold weather. Seat massagers. Heated rear seats and heated, cooled and massage front seats. The features are insane. And you can customize it more if you order it. The range is more than 290. Idk where he got that from… they should have compared the model x to the IX. This made no sense at all.

How does your product compare to Fluid Film? Also, is it ok for you to be breathing that stuff? Just wondering. Thanks for all the advice, and for a nice video.
@rustkotetotalcare5 ай бұрын
our products are oil based containing added polymers to neutralize salt and inhibit rust. fluid film is a nice product, but more of a "surface coating". its a wax based product that will not creep or absorb into the metal. we have also seen it hold dirt, debris and salt which are all things that can attract moisture (defeating the rustproofing purpose - no moisture, no rust) our products are non toxic / non hazardous but our techs wear half face masks because they are in the back all day everyday. obviously after 100s of cars any product atomized becomes an irritant so we offer full protection to our spray techs
