@@defjamblade Wow bro you actually responded! I'm going to try find these because with lamb shanks I hate if the fat isnt unrendered but in here it looks fire. I might have to try roasting next time. Not sure if you remember but the lamb shanks weren't frozen right?

Haha of course I’ll respond. I don’t think it was frozen but it’s in a box where the meat section is at. From memory it was pre cooked and you just had to heat it up but I could be wrong 😂 so the fat was already rendered but don’t have your hopes too high as I’m pretty easy with food, so the lamb could be a little off for you haha
