He looks absolutely fantastic for 91. Hard to believe it.

Don’t know why people have such closed minds to their existence. No doubt the same don’t believe in ghosts the afterlife or extraterrestrials. What a narrow field of vision they must possess. I’ve only been lucky with the near death. I’d see it as a privilege to witness the others.

Funny story..My dad went to buy a car part from Don Garlits about 30 years ago. They shook hands and Don ssys, "Dont you know who i am?" Dad says no. Don says "Im Big Daddy Don Garlits." with a big grin. Dad says "Never heard of you." Later Don asked dad if he'd like some free tickets to his racing museum. Dad said "No thanks, I dont care about any of that stuff."

I remember paying $16 bucks a gallon. For 114 octane, add a dash nitro methane. Ooo it ran good! That is, if ya had everything else right. Just look out for running lean!? Aluminum will just start to spray! Real quick. Can't forget to give a thumbs up to "Big Daddy"!

@@michaelvette7659 my neighbor used to have some race cars he's take too the local track. . . was always talking about turbo blue. It that's similar?
@michaelvette765920 сағат бұрын
@TheInvisibleRedneck It was aqua blue, and it was called. "Trick racing fuel". If you left some out, like using to clean a part? It would evaporate by the end of the day. It was atleast 115 octane, guaranteed. They always tell you, how it contains, special lubricants/additives, atomizers. For whatever material valves and rings you run.
