Procrastination is a lot to do with frear and lead to not moving forward. Having a support system and someone who can recognise what is going on can help with procrastination.

I love this - however I do a lot of work for my church which I find add values to others around me. Not all purpose leads to getting paid. However, where I totally agree is where my expertise and advices is being sought out and is taking up a get deal of my time it is time to get paid for that.

Yetunde, I agree, how you dress does set the tone on how you are seen by the outside world. There are many arguments on being able to dress how you want to, and there not be any consequences. However, the way of the world is that women have to dress in a manner that states we want to be respected, we are often seen as not equal to men, and little more than sexual objects. How we dress is often scrutinised and used against us to label us as 'fast', 'loose', 'non-wife material' or 'respectable,' someone a man would take home to his mother.

I love this advice it is so practical and many of the elements involve no cost or low cost. There is something that everyone can do for their own self care. Whilst this is aimed at young women there are things that young men can do also enjoy. I used to book manages for my son to unwind and he loved music lessons and journalling.

"This video is such a wonderful reminder to prioritize ourselves and embrace self-care! 🌸 The variety of tips-from DIY face masks to journaling and crafting-makes it easy for everyone to find something that resonates. I love how you emphasize self-care as a necessity, not a luxury. My favorite self-care activity is journaling; it helps me clear my mind and reflect. Thanks for the inspiration! 💕

Peer pressure is real thank God I had self control I didn’t let that control me, saying NO is impossible most of us find it difficult to use that word and know your value a lot of people don’t even know their value and that’s why they make mistakes in life.

Self care is so important, especially for some of us who have so much going on everyday. For me listening to music and listening to my body are key, especially when it comes to sleep, I don’t joke with it. Thanks for sharing.

Gems in a video. “No is a complete sentence” often times people think there should be a follow up sentence after No. Regardless of the age and gender, our choices of friends has the ability to build us or mar us. Thank you for the nuggets.
