For sure. You can adjust the angle of the handles for people of different heights. My teenage is 6’2” and he loves it.

Couple tips. Keep the battery in a climate controlled area so it wont go from hot to cold. Also try not to collapse the handles all the time the wires tend to get a kink after time. I just keep mine bent half way. Good luck. Hopefully you fixed the frame on the bag as well lol

Brother, I have went through the same things. I went the opposite way. I recognized early on that I had anger issues. I quit drinking completely, and went to far the other way. I recognized that I would lose my temper too fast. So rather than doing that I would isolate myself for days and days. It comes out as being weak, but most people including my wife don’t know the monster that is just under the surface.

Thanks for sharing that. So many of the symptoms of PTSD come off as "weak". However for most people that will never experience PTSD they will not understand this. That "monster" under the surface has sooooo many faces doesn't it? One thing I can say for you and your wife (and I do not know what your relationship is like, right?) if you seek therapy most doc's do not mind if you have her tag along for a few sessions. This will help open up her eyes to what you face on the daily. It may give her a new perspective. All love to you brother, keep in touch!
