ABOLISH THE MONARCHY. They all have proven that they are nothing more than fornicators, adulterers, pedophiles, murderers, liars, thieves, tax evaders, greedy, controling, manipulating, pompous, arrogant, scretive, pretentious, cruel and abusive common people who STILL r pretending to be above humankind. we need government, not sordid entertainment from a whole tribe of parasites. this woman should never be allowed to govern the church of england, nor should charles for coveting another man's wife. liz and charles cooked up the scheme to betray Diana, deceive the world and lie to his sons so he could keep all his titles, his 30M+ per year and his mistress tht he moved in under the same roof as his sons and is making her a queen. this family is rife with adulterers, fornicators, liars, thieves, tax evaders, pedophiles, greedy, unaccountable humans. the people of england r worshiping the wrong kingdom. they're idolators and pagans who are deaf and blind to the enormous sins they hold on to.

@MrTherealpad - what people fail to realise is that the Gurka regiments have to learn two types of drill, standard quick march drill when they're marching with traditional soldiers, and double quick march drill when they're marching as a gurka regiment. Very impressive.

Why do some members of the band look overweight? I thought everyone in the army had to be fit? It sort of looks bad for the real Gurkhas following behind.
@AtheAetheling3 жыл бұрын
They have to pass soldier fitness tests, but for bandsmen it's sort of different. Big lungs and stamina help a great deal for certain instruments. I agree with you in that I am not terribly fond of how it looks, but its deceptive.

@@deliadunstan846 First and foremost soldiers that means they should be fit. How can they expect to be able to carry a fallen mate in a conflict? Sorry to disagree, but why are their squad leaders allowing them to balloon, he should be sending them on a yomp or to the gym.

@sonampaldensherpa5 жыл бұрын
Raymond Slater Nepal was never a British colony, therefore Gurkhas aren’t part of the common wealth. They fought a war in 1815 where the Gurkha kingdom in the time was invading British India. There they fought a battle where they earned the British officers respect after fighting bravely while being very outnumbered. The British army asked them if they would like to join us and partner up. The Gurkha leader thought that was a jolly good idea. And hear we are 200 years on. The Gurkhas have fought in every major battle for Great Britain in the last 200+ years. Every year less than 200 Nepalese young men make it into the British army and become Gurkhas. This is 200 out of 15 or 20 thousand applicants. The British government made a deal with the Gurkha leader 200+ years ago which is now the country of Nepal and the traditions carry on.

It was still bad. If you start to let off your guard commander for small things like these then when will it stop? Maybe my time’s standard was higher than yours but assuming you joined in 2000 or in 05, my generation would have been senior SNCO’s or Majors/Lt Colonels. But still standards and standards and that’s why it’s the British Army.
