Sir, I'm 2k17 batch student nd get 29k rank. I'm not getting my desired branch. Please guide how to crack Inicet nov. Thank u so much sir ur pharmcast nd weekly Pharma test helped me alot. Also the way u teach help me to retain things better than just memorizing it. Also make some videos to target nov inicet nd make more Weekly test videos.

I’ve finished my first revision today. I was depressed, couldn’t even find myself get out of bed. This video came to my feed, telling me that it is still possible. This is a confusing question What is the diagnosis first? Infective endocarditis with positive pseudomonas blood culture.. There is also h/o renal symptoms...No further renal evaluation is mentioned.. If it's a AKI/UTI can we give aminoglycoside? In clinical practice do we use aminoglycoside as antipseudomonal drug?
