Yes, format changed a bit in this one. Instead of a tournament, it's now a board map. You play missions to get the player from that space. At the end of the map, you'll face that map's boss. All Pawa Fest bosses return in this one, so it's 6 bosses.

You'll lose the run when you lose to the boss. Failing a mini-game won't give you an Game Over. The team that you formed in your run will save in the next run.

I've seen a few but also players with high points hiding into spectator mode when a map shows up. I'm getting the hang of online, and I've been thinking of doing 2.0 Master again now that I have better knowledge of the tracks.

Forgot to mention, I pressed the switch in the shortcut in Lap 3, causing it to fall and stop the whole pack.

I have a neat tip. The King Jellyfish tends to ignore certain paths in some courses. Like the 3 paths section in the 1st track, it will always go middle path. I just slow down a bit so it can pass by and not turn back to hit you.

@@apagan0075 I did it yesterday. The first race is unfair because you get overtaken with nitro at the end sometimes, the third race was the worst for me because my setup was based on nitro and max speed. So when I came out of the icy corners, many times I was far from the first and my boss's tongue was not in range. So I only reached 3 times the last race. First try blue screen in second lap XD,. Second try: Jellyfish in the penultimate corner and bye. Third attempt, the jellyfish came a bit earlier, I let myself overtake and hit the opponent. It didn't matter much as in the penultimate corner the second and third hit me and slowed me down at the same time XD. I used the tongue desperately on the straight against 2nd (First was in not range) and fast i threw the ball i had got in the last box, it bounced 3 times and hit him and I overtook him 3 centimetres from the finish line. It was poetic justice.

the big hurdle is the Frantic Finale for the All Cup attempt, given that Texas is such a rng heavy track for Ludwig.

He really is a handicap to your vision, the cycling hazards in Death Egg are hard to approach cause of it.

I do like the last track of Cup 3. It actually makes the player use their drifting to test, at least. I'm not sure what to put in the least favorite cause a good bunch of them have big shortcuts that break the game

He's pretty much a double-edged sword. You have the best speed in the game, but you're sacrificing some much accel and steering. He's like a Krunch 2.0 in a way, but designed for the player that managed to learn the mechanics alongside giving it a challenge. Ludwig will always dominate in simple tracks, but tracks like Texas is what puts him in a worse spot.

Now that you mention it, I think an all-cup tour on Professional difficulty with only Ludwig could be quite an interesting challenge. Would be surprised to see how it actually went if you should upload a video of it on KZbin

I'll just play a few tracks that let's you use them cause the early rounds use set items. The only cup that allows using SP items for the whole thing is Bowser Cup.
