The V8 engines from high mileage Maguras are an essentially free source of one of the best engines for 700 hp races. Part out the Magura, keep the engine, and stick it in the Kanji with a supercharger and a drivetrain that can handle it. You can also use the Euroa rotary engine with a turbo or two for higher top speed on the oval, but that gets expensive and requires a lot of specialised parts.

The main reason the screws are in the brake rotors on real vehicles is to hold them on during assembly, they dont always immediately put the wheels or calipers on during assembly in the factory and the screws keep the rotors in place. Or thats what I've been told by a fella that worked at the Chev dealership, but still we usually put them back in if they arent stripped.

That wrecked Kanji convertible would have been perfect for the convertible 800 race and anything else on the ovals. It's so much lighter than any other convertible. The size 340 racing slicks are pretty much a requirement when you're dealing with 1000 hp racers at insane speed. You can inflate them hard for more speed and still get enough grip to stay on the track. You're better off selling the blue $620,000 Magura without taking the expensive parts out of it. The race points add a massive multiplier to the value of the parts installed. You'll never worry about money again. Remember, it's a drag car and you already have a car that can beat it in a drag race! If you haven't sold the overpriced blue Magura yet: part out the $8000 'high mileage Magura's from the mag (NOT a wrecked Magura) for quick, reliable cash to get back on your feet. Once you have around $60,000, buy an expensive wreck or two (hopefully with race points) and fully renovate them for a bigger profit.

Just did a semi-speedrun of this. Try to spend as much of money as possible on each car you buy and sell. You gain skill points every time you buy or sell a car, so don't forget to spend them. As the maximum "fair" sale price of each car is about 150% of all the money you sink into it, focus on bargaining with customers at first, then go for the accountant skill and tow truck skill asap. The bargaining skill makes you more and more money per sale for every point you spend on it. The accountant skill halves the amount of tax you pay and gives you much bigger profits. The tow truck becomes essential once you want to buy up half the auto market at once. The other skills become more valuable once you reach that point and start buying and selling cars in bulk. All customisations add value to the car, so they're always worth getting if you have the money. Have fun, get rich, and feel free to deliver pizzas or drive a taxi if you need more cash to get started. The storyline quests move things along quickly.
