Ihc is the worst today I was diagnosed at the health department in the local health department I have Covid try to get my doctor she’s out of the office so they got me they said there’s a back up doctor took him 4 1/2 hours to get back to me and said there’s nothing I can do for you because you’re on a certain medication and you’re not a high-risk person I told him I have a heart condition I told him I have an autoimmune disorder and I have spots on my lungs that are agitating my lungs still they refused to do anything tried using the portal direct connect to a doctorCouldn’t connect to the doctor their system and there was a complete failure I called the manager and admits to help me work out that issue they couldn’t even fix it everything that they’ve done doesn’t work and they don’t care

Ihc is the worst healthcare in the world you can’t find a confident surgeon or doctor or PA here in Logan Utah Michael just a day and it took me five hours to get a doctor to call back and talk to me about my Covid and what do I need to do it they won’t prescribe a medication and I tried using their doctor portal where you can talk to doctor over the Internet completely busted that wouldn’t accept any of my information they are the worst I got a staff infection On my Achilles tendon one they had surgery on it nobody took any blame there’s no investigation but the day I still have problems with that Achilles tendon I was in wound care for nine months What time did my surgeon come down to say hey this is what happened this is how you got infected he was trying to protect his butt for being sued by eight Ihc and a lot of people who live up here in the Logan area hate them too…Took me four hours four hours to get a doctor respond back to me to talk to me about medication for my Covid I am formed him I had Covid I had severe Covid for hours

D - Practice Open Book Management so that you can turn internal Followers to Future Leaders E - Practice Amoeba principle, create separate businesses for things you are phasing out and help them be effective and efficient by keeping them in the zone (measure their overburden/underburden) F - Focus on the Flow, pay strong attention to Complexity and Constraints, be responsive and agile G - Create Syndicates and Cooperatives that value People and grow Collective Wisdom/Intelligence, Business = Technology x People (multiplication, if any side is 0 the outcome is - zero, no future) H - You will not become a market leader until your only constraint is the market place I - Move away from adversarial vocabulary and adopt Global wisdom + Local respect mindset

Scott Anthony is a masterful presenter and his presentation at the AHRI CONFERENCE 2019 was brilliant, yet simple. He busted key Innovation myths. I really liked that what we all thought of innovation being complicated, really isn't and many of us are already being innovative. Buy the "Little Black Book" ☺ by Scott.

I´m totally into JTBD and try to learn a lot more since I was introduced to the method by my colleagues' article ( maybe you have some feedback for her article?;) zenkit.com/en/blog/jobs-to-be-done-take-two/ ). But I wonder, how you use JTBD to innovate a product when different people use the product for totally different jobs? Do you take the job areas with the most potential?

Four unassailable facts will strike you as soon as you start to explore Jobs-to-be-Done and the Future of Innovation: 1: innovation is the new mantra; whether you're involved in teaching art and design, new product development for a blue chip consumer brand or responsible for providing public services to citizens; 2: understanding innovation requires multiple perspectives; from culture and mindset, social and commercial context, new ways of working as much as new products or services; 3: innovation is a journey; 4. Continuing to drawing on insights from around the globe is essential to accelerate our progress. We have gathered together the thoughts and ideas of the most creative innovators from business, professional practice and academia from many different countries in the Global Innovation Science Handbook. The contributors look at innovation from almost every angle. Their statements offer an unparalleled view of innovation and provide a depth of insight that is extraordinary.

I am curious if Tesla should be viewed as an incumbent instead of a newcomer/startup in the electric vehicle space. Companies like BMW, Mercedes, Chevrolet, or even Toyota never really gained a solid ground in that space. And now they are trying to catch up while Tesla is selling their cars like hot cakes, not to mention the ecosystem (super charging stations, powerwall, and solar roof) Tesla is building, which might be simply too much for other car manufacturers to handle. So, if the customers in the electric vehicle space are viewed as the "best customers" for the incumbents and Tesla is the newcomer, then could Tesla be the anomaly to the Theory of Disruption? Or is it too soon to tell?

Great little story from the garages of GM and good to see the Volt still charging up ahead. However, would love to see more on how Innosight helped GM with the Jobs-To-Be-Done theory, insights gathered, and how it eventually rolled up to create the Volt. This video looks more like a GM video than an Innosight impact.

My friend that's a good idea to get products or services atinguir maturity and awareness, we have to plan all stages aligned with sustainability, durability and rationale, not to build something that just pleases the eye has to please the heart also . What do you think?

Bringing costs down to open the market to non-users is old, Henry Ford lowered costs to make cars mass market product. Lowering costs to sell to the non-users was the reason for the growth of wealth in the Europe and USA during industrial revolution. This is all part of abundance which Predictive Innovation indicates is the next step. The key is to eliminate items that cause the cost. Incremental improvements won't achieve the big steps needed.

@shaurz It was an example, an illustration of how such business model works; you integrate one product to another and make money out of their interdependence. It doesn't necessarily have to be Apple.

As for affordable and accessible, there is no need to say them. Because every product should pursue the goal of being affordable and accessible. It is not good to put these common senses to the definition.

Other examples---like flowers, animals, watches, even massage service---can render Scott`s definition of simple, affordable and accessible to questions. My final opinion about disruptive innovation is that it can not be defined by process. We have to see its final result. That is: as long as it disrupted the market finally, it is disruptive innovation. Simple, affordable and accessible maybe the three core elements of disruptive innovation in some industries, but not in other industries.
@xhb2010
@xhb2010 14 жыл бұрын
but I dont define my success as that, cause I am not a student. Back to Scott, A simple easy-operating video game maybe a disruptive innovation. But this does not mean a simple easy-operating TV can make a disruption as well. What about medicines? Can simple, affordable and accessible all together make a disruption to the market? In this case, Effect of the medicine should be the central point of disruptive innovation.

Disruptive innovation is make things simple, affordable, accessible? This definition is problamatic. I think Scott confused the difference between PROCESS and RESULT. He is trying to define the concept by porcess. But unfortunitely, Disruptive innovation can not be defined by process. It is like to define SUCCESS by saying who passed the exam is successful. This is wrong because students may define success as being able to pass the exam, but I dont define my success as that,

@dankeldsen 'Putting disruptive innovation to work' is the subtitle of the book, i think that answers why Scott sticks to that term, although you have a valid point in your assumption of evolutionary

Good info! Ive studied Marketing for years and spent over $18,000 on courses and I like what you have to say. Always test. Comedians test jokes, musicians test songs, marketers test everything from headlines to U.S.P.s
