Hello Mam, I have a question regarding UTRs. How exactly are the UTRs removed from mature mRNA after translation into protein in the slide shown @54:14 ?
@mayrege11 күн бұрын
Actually the UTRs are not removed. They are just not translated because the Start (AUG) and the Stop codon (UGA or UAG orUAA) in the mRNA will determine which sequences are translated into protein. After reading the stop codon, the polypeptide chain will end. UTRs are responsibility for control many things like the stability of the mRNA etc.

increasing global temperature is quite natural. it hapened even when we were not involved in industrialisation. we can say industrialisation is fast-forwarding it a little.
Such an interesting session🎉. Looking forward to see more ecological episodes.

I have a question. Is gravity a magnetic pull or push? Gravity/Antigravity
@TIFRArnabАй бұрын
Gravity and (electro)magnetism are different forces. Gravity arises from objects having mass, and is always attractive. From what we understand from general relativity and the "standard model" of Physics, anti-gravity is impossible, just science fiction.
@elvisnarcisomedina9298Ай бұрын
@@TIFRArnab Thank you so much for your response. I really appreciate your work. I then wonder how especially USO's are able to go under water and push water away and travel at such high speeds. What force is being used? Electro Magnetism maybe? I see many UFO's not aliens 😁But UFO's where I live. I actually sit out at night to watch them zoom by at very high altitude. Sometimes I can't see them if I look straight at them, but I can see them with my peripheral vision. Soon we will be told that what we are seeing is technology out of this earth, but with such little public knowledge of Quantum Sciences it will be credible. I want to be able to at least have an understanding of what I'm seeing instead of automatically labeling it out of earth technology. Even tho I do believe some of it or at least the knowledge was handed down to us. Once again thank you 🙏🏻 so so much for taking your time to respond.

At time 44.31 Prof. Sharma says that thousands of VVPAT slips have been tallied against CU votes and not 1 discrepancy has been found. This is a blunt lie if the report of VDF listing discrepancies in over 500 constituencies in 2024 is correct. He must refute the report if he is right.

If votes polled data is available every 2 hours, why was this data not provided to public along with votes counted data❓️ Why only percentages of votes polled were published ❓️ How is the data sent to central server❓️ How does RO get the data from the CUs❓️

Sir, I am an 86 years old retired Army officer and missiles scientist. I watched your excellent presentation on EVMs Here is a doubt for which I request a clarification. An NGO named Vote for Democracy published a report which stated that there were discrepancies between votes polled and votes counted data in more than 500 constituencies in 2024 elections. How could this happen❓️ 🙏 Mathew Thomas

Can EC not share this video publicly shared to address any doubts people have. The Indian EVM and the whole election process is one of the best in the world... they just don't know the details and it would benefit to just share this video regarding EVM with public.

@@chaiandwhy i'm working on a presentation for school on wonders of luminescence where i'll try showing how we currently use bioluminescence and chemiluminescence for various complicated yet crucial tasks AND how we can use it for improving our lives in different ways in the future. it's basically to depict how it can positively impact our lives (idk if negative effects are possible? pls let me know if u do) I'd love it if i could get some leads on this. i currently know of some applications that are microbiology, monitoring cancer cells, tracing blood stains. since y'all may be much more aware of its applications, I'd be grateful if you could let me know what i can do.

Thank you for awesome video. However, following minor doubts 1. When we could insert VVPAT machine in between acting as CU for BU and BU for CU, it could also means man in middle attacks are possible. 2. Modern browsers use certificate authorities to verify genuineness of certificate, but how does the components verify same without internet connectivity? 3. Professor told that we don't know which EVM will go to which district or booth but also told that some IAS plugged EVM meant for other constituency connected VVPAT of other constituency. How the two statements are consistent? (In this point I might be missing some minor point) 4. If for 1% error detection 796 evm has to be checked, what is the error rate required to make some candidates win randomly? If it is less than 1% how many EVMs have to be checked for that to be checked?

My question is how the body's ubiquitination and proteasomal machinery will come to know whether proteins have been folded correctly, thereby not allowing them to degrade by themselves.
@chaiandwhy6 ай бұрын
Misfolded proteins in cells are recognized by chaperone proteins through a process of dynamic surveillance. Chaperones detect exposed hydrophobic amino acids that are typically buried in correctly folded proteins. Additionally, chaperones can interact with specific signal peptides on misfolded proteins. This recognition allows chaperones to assist in refolding or targeting misfolded proteins for degradation, maintaining cellular protein homeostasis and function.
