03:55 vs hananokuni, that's somehow a Terao style technique, so interesting to see. I thought he never use pushing-style-sumo, turns out untrue.....he did exactly what Terao usually do (feint a throat-pushing attack at the border of the ring then agilely retreat and let the tricked opponent fall face down) and the first math with sakahoko, he was in disadvantage and used a technique from his ozeki days. I know he is THAT good (any humanbeing able to move their body and do sports should be able to see that from the videos) but I used to thought the 53-consecutive wins has match-fixings in it. It now seems like...at least the matches in this video are all real?

it seems to me that chiyonofuji was in a much better state in 1988 than in early 1990 (though in early 1990 he was also incredibly strong..) so it might be...the 53 wins are real? (apart from some air-reading "I think I can't win so I will resist less preventing myself from getting hurt" thinking in some of the opponents?)
