tteokbokki is made of a korean rice cake called Garaetteok. Garaetteok is made from steamed, pounded, and kneaded non-glutinous rice flour. It is not made using rice paper and cheese. I don't mind that you used cheese and rice paper and made your own version, but don't call it "Authentic" if you are not following an Authentic Korean recipe or using Authentic traditional ingredients.
