How often do you change your oil and oil filter?

I run oil filters 4-5 hours. I do oil every ride or every other ride. Just depends on how much of a beating the transmission took on that day

you should try the orange frame guard, even though the frame is black, the orange frame guard looks like its an orange frame bike..
