For the Peapod planking stock- what is the max stock width you might start with for the carvel planking? This is the Joel White designed peapod, correct?

I wasn't allowed to do yacht design after high school as I did Art, not industrial arts. I'm unsure what my 12 mt yacht must have from the main bulkhead to the stern, under the cockpit. Tanks, batteries etc . Do you have a suggestion please for a book, either on or offline ??

looking for a boat that can take a Balanaced lug sail and be rowed off the shores of PEI Canada. Around 17' long and very seaworthy , not too light as I had a 14' white hull and it was like sitting in a leaf on top of the water when the wind came up. Not certain about the points made but ,if anyone else wants to learn about small wooden boat plans free try Joolaim Rudder Replication (just google it ) ? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my work buddy got great results with it.

I have spent months researching into building boats and discovered a great website at Denelle boat builder (check it out on google)

Here's a few suggestions for constructing boats: Allow enough time. Use done for you boat blueprints. (I learned about these and more on Denelle boat builder website )

I don't trust they could teach anything special with regards to aesthetics. I mean look at that interior space. Clearly a reflection of poor understanding of aesthetics :)
