Wow, that was quite a chore! You can always add a set of stackable shelves inside as well. I need to tidy my garage. There is so much stuff out there that we kept, thinking we would use for household projects again but we never did. Some of those items have been out there for years like, an extra roll or carpet, extra baseboards, tools that were purchased that are still in the package 5 years later…

I was amazed at how much I did get rid of and I’m very lucky my husband is happy to see the stuff go.

My bathroom cabinets are quick to declutter because I have a quick look and toss every month!

I went through my drawers because I’m decluttering the other week BUT I still went back through it again and I was amazed at what I threw out.

Great job getting rid of your old make-up! I don't wear it either, my skin is so sensitive to even face creams. I have to be careful too.👍

I just cleaned my handbag out yesterday, decluttered, reorganized and put it into a different handbag. I went through my bags not too long ago to declutter ones I no longer use.

You got it! We call them back packs and school bags too. Typically used by school aged kids and college students to carry their books and binders in.

Book bags are for kids and perhaps people going to college. They do come in handy for going to the library too! I kept a few good ones from when my kids went to school. My purse...😬🎒👜

I don't really like mircofiber cloths anymore. They tend to go nappy on me. I've started to toss mine as well and just going back to cotton dish cloths.

Excellent job! I remember when I finally decluttered my chocolate/butter molds. I used them for awhile and then I just never used them again. I considered keeping them for crafts but nah, time to go!

Also good on you for not having a bunch of out of date things! This means you have not wasted much money and are eating the things you like up! Great job!

With canned goods the "best buy" date is just when it is best to eat them by for flavor reasons. Most canned goods are fine for a few years on your pantry shelf as long as you keep them in a cool, dark and dry place. Same with pasta's they can last a very long time as well. As long as there are no off colors or smells, you can safely eat your pasta's even after the best buy dates.
