Thanks. This turned out to be a lifesaver. The instructions within the Editorial Manager platform are very poor, and this worked for me, first time. I generated my Zip file from Overleaf and dropped it into the EM file list before unzipping it. For reasons that are entirely unclear to me, this worked better than loading the files individually from a folder on my computer. Go figure.
