Sir you are so right about FEMA it is not even funny. I live in the Augusta, Georgia area and me and my family survived Hurricane Helene back in late September and I tell you all I get from FEMA is the BS run around on why I have not received a check from them for help. German soldiers started to sing Stille Nacht,heilige Nacht, and the english joint with silent night,holy night,and then they came out of the trenches. The war could have ended that chrismas,a second one wouldn't probably never happened.

The album Carolus rex they had released during that time is about a part of Swedish history called the era of great power (stormaktstiden in Swedish) from when Sweden was a much bigger nation with ambitions of expanding. The album was released with both an Swedish and English version,the difference being that the Swedish one tells the story from our/a Swedish soldiers view and the English is more from an outsiders view of the war. It is the Swedish version they played at that show so be sure the subtitles are on, I was at that show and all I can say is that you will not regret it.

Many of the soldiers on both sides had to be replaced, because they refused to fight against their new friends. By the way, Hannes van Dahl the drummer from Sabaton is married to Floor Jansen from Nightwish. She is singing over the end credits. They have two beautiful daughters. Sabaton is from Sweden.

I'm a Christian and back then many of those soldiers on both sides where or at least raised that way. Hearing Christmas songs touched there hearts when all singing together some made the decision hey it's Christmas why not have a day of peace to celebrate even with our enemies and yet it wasn't easy it took bravery and a bit of madness to do what they did. Yes it really happened.

Celine started having (or at least noticing) some SPS back in 2008 in Germany during her Taking Chances World Tour. Being her fan for the last 21-22 years I remember watching her documentary "Celine...Through the eyes of the world" in 2010 and seeing a clip where she simply cannot talk at all. Her voice was going really high, but she went on with a show (in Pheonix). She started mixing more during that show and using some whistle notes even, because they were just easier for her to sing. You can find a clip of her singing "All by myself" in Pheonix and see and hear it yourself. If you decide to watch some bits of her show in Ottawa in 2019 you will see, how the disease progressed. She struggled to sing any note during that show, then she went for a costume change, probably took some medicines and when she came back onstage, her voice sounded WAY better. I've seen Celine live and whatever happens, for me she will always be the best! Merry Christmas!

Sabaton is Swedish. Most of their songs(9 of 10 albums) are about Military History. Lead singer Joakim Broden's mother is Czech. Filmed in Czech Republic by people who usually make movies, but had time for this when the world shut down. Song is lead single from their 2022 10th album, The War To End All Wars. Single released in Dec '21. Formed in 1999, Joakim, and bassist Par Sundstrom(at the cross at the end) are the primary songwriters, and only original members left. Drummer Hannes van Dahl (first soldier out of the trenches) joined in 2014, he's married to Floor who did the end credit vocals. Guitarist Chris Rorland (first soldier out on other side) joined 2012. Lucy was born with incredible vocal talent. Martha was born with incredible vocal talent. Martha is 5 yrs and 8 mths behind Lucy in vocal maturity. Since age 7, Lucy has intensely worked on perfecting her vocal abilities. Martha has intensely worked on perfecting her equestrian abilities. Martha may have the innate vocal talent to match Lucy, but I doubt if she ever will because that is not where her interests are. At the present, she seems to be content with occasionally doing duets with Lucy. Their love for each other seems to be greater than their improbable desire to compete with each other. Good reaction.
