A great day... Mike Scott stood out earlier in the day and Sinead O Connor was superb. Still missed not having the original headliners Simple Minds playing even though James were superb replacements riding the crest of their Best Of success at the time. Simple Minds weathered being shafted by both their label at the time and this events promoters as I recall... They weren't sick other than sick of being done over.
