How bout try all the commodity foods n processed food that was giving to us for generations now incorporated into our diets due to lack of good ancestral traditional foods. Being on da rez there’s not easy access to healthy foods. So how bout u keep ur mouth shut bout stuff u know nothing about. Don’t got nothing nice to say don’t say n e thing at all.
