Pretty weird that my 2023 Dodge Charger RT ( 5.7 hemi) is also limited to 148. Got to be the max speed rating of the stock tires.

I have the same truck took it to a muffler shop and he installed the venome 250 muffler but he left the muffler that was by the rear bumper so it just sounds the same so i was wondering i need to have him remove it ?? What do you think

@ this setup the resonator was removed. It is up to you, but if you want it louder then yes you’ll want that removed.

This was a custom tune from Klug Performance. Car was sold 7 years ago. When the awd was engaged it would get 26 mpg and in 2wd i would get 30-32 mpg.

Thanks bro if I had to guess it looks like you gained 50-65 horsepower from this tune maybe even 70 horsepower it looks faster then a stock 5.7 Hemi which has 360 horsepower stock.

This setup and tune the truck ran a best of 13.98 and consistent 14.1s in the 1/4 mile. Never got a legit timed 0-60. Later the truck got a ProCharger supercharger and ran a 12.41 Was a fun truck when I had it.

It was a pian. I ended up removing it and just attaching an air filter to the inlet on the supercharger.

Never really got one. Only time slips at the drag strip. Stock ran 15.21, 93 tune 14.44, e85 tune 13.91, and with the ProCharger running e35 went 12.41

Yup! They put this 5.3 in the Impala SS, Monte Carlo SS same years, and Grand Prix GXP same years. The Grand Prix was the lightest of the 3 and had the widest front tires from the factory as well. Was a fun car just wish they were rear wheel drive. :(

At 20,000 miles is when I first went with the setup. Sold the truck with 35,000 miles. The new owner now has 115,000 miles on it. They had the ProCharger unit sent in at 105,000 miles. Had a seal that was starting to leak on the unit was rebuilt. At 110,000 the transmission was rebuilt and got an upgraded torque converter. Still a daily driver for them.

@@alexkevan3887 I ran 35% ethanol with this setup and still would get 18-19mpg city and 22-23mpg highway. I went from where I live in Michigan to a race track in Maryland and the trip there and back using 35% ethanol I averaged 22 mpg for that trip.

I never had the chance to get it on a dyno but the truck via HP Tuners was making 650hp/605tq at the crank. So around 515 hp at the wheel.
