U audiophiles say u want to attract a younger crowd, but most of the time when I watch video clips of music being played on a 2 channel stereo, the music is geared toward an older crowd!!! What gives?

The active speakers have an ancient basic amplifier design, its as older than most of the current owners of the speaker. So cheaper yes, but better is questionable with so many different amps out there. Better may well be using Bryston amps and active crossovers like PMC used to use, but then your better off getting PMC speakers and actually getting a semblance of low end.

Piękny sprzęt lecz brzmienie fatalne: pogłos, odbicia, brak spójności brzmienia, brak średnicy. Ogólnie: pomieszczenie pozbawione adaptacji akustcznej: gołe ściany, szyby, goła podłoga. Niech właściciel tego zestawu popracuje nad wytłumieniem ścian pomieszczenia. Nie zdziwię się jak kiedyś popękają szyby w oknach i bębenki w uszach.

Good evening, I haven't heard the specific KEF to make comparisons with this Triangle model, so I can't answer you and give you any preference. The only advice I can give you is to listen to as many speakers as possible and to choose based on what your heart hears beyond your ears.

I have a hearing deficit in the high frequency range, and you would think this sound would be welcomed to my ears. I'm by no means an audiophile, but the use of the term bright is probably fitting here.

No bass and it's not speakers I doubt it's mic probably level that it's played. Pufff over priced tube amp without enough power, no wonders there.

@@ArdaiThomasPoker well those (Linton's) are supposed go with covers if you want good response and you compensate for equal loudness normalisation unfortunately you can't on today's amplifiers (excluding Yamahas and some other rare ones). No tone controls or loudness. I don't think it's mic if it's not a vocal high passed one on purpose they do good job at the bottom.

Guys the problem with the no-bass you say is the mic of my cell phone ...the system there had plenty of bass that unfortunately that lousy mic couldn't catch it .
