Alright, I'm not stupid, and neither is my husband. If you have never done anything like this, the written instructions plus this video are shockingly awful. I cannot believe how poorly done both of them are. Show EVERYTHING or don't do a tutorial. Step 5 omits what you actually do with all of the string in order to tie the knot, and it's zoomed in too far to see. Blink and you'll miss it, but you barely see what is ACTUALLY happening with the string as the knot is tied in the video. And then the end? SHOW IT. Don't just say "tie a double knot and you're done!" It's not that simple. Do not skip steps if you're going to do a tutorial.

My core threads get wound up so tight that before I'm even half way finished it will no longer wind in any more looping thread. Anyone have a solution for this?
@RetroGhost166 ай бұрын
When you measure how much thread to use for looping you need to use 4 lengths worth at a minimum. One length is from one hook to the other. So going back and forth once is equal to two lengths worth.

David. We are getting married on December 10 this year. At home as will be reception. I want to make lanterns and put greenery, red roses and berries in them for each table. I am going to make 3 types of lasagna, garlic knots, broccoli and salad. And I will Make the cake. I will put slices of lasagna in plastic tubs. Have salads in them and the rolls in a roll basket on the tables. I am 68 by then. I want elegance and I want to do it. I would like to wear a wedding gown as I never did. I don’t want fluffy but do not have an hour glass shape. No veil. My grandaughter at 4 will be my flower girl in a frilly dress. And her twin brother I am going to walk down the stairs and to the fireplace with. My little buddy told me quite loudly and carefully told me he loves me his Grammy.

I've no real complaints about their quality and I generally use their student grade Cotman line. Really though, I don't notice that much difference from their higher end materials.
