Dude on the side is the one who made it about Fizz, and Fizz dumbass took the bait. The main dude was talking about HIS experience being called by the director and his idea of the characters and his own role. Why would HE have any idea or thought about the next person when he is the actor? He wasn't thinking about FIZZ, he was thinking about his own career which -obviously to the director and to him - is a respectable career at this point. (Maybe we don't gave a clue, but we aren't filmmakers).
