I've been on dialysis with end stage renal failure for 3 years. Im still urinating. My doctor insists on a high enough protein diet to keep my albumin high. What do you think?

Unfortunately, there’s no one-size-fit-all approach when it comes to individualized health care or personalized health care while everyone or every group is trying to find that model to take credit knowing there are so many variables. Some use eGFR based, some KFRE bases, some as mentioned now using both KFRE and eGFR, and some using combination of all available data: both clinical and laboratory based. One may need to consider and include another prediction factors in those assessment models regarding vascular surgery expert availability and accessibility in timely manner in each circumstance and locality especially in less developed countries or in not-easy-to-access healthcare facilities.

I have renal stenosis in my left side. It isn't bad enough to correct, but I can only take one blood pressure medication, clonidine. I am allergic to sulfa, so diuretics don't work. Ace inhibitors also cause increase in blood pressure. Why can't we have these stenosis put in earlier, like in my case. Even my cardiologist is mystified. I even thought of donating my kidney. I can't because of my renal stenosis.

Sir I hope you are well. I have been following your channel for a long time. And I have seen all the videos of the channel. The quality of your videos is good. But people can't wash properly. So views and watch time subscribers are not increasing. So you can't monetize. If you want, I can help you with this.

Thank you! The intro jingle was performed in its entirety by Uroš Buh, a singer, songwriter, drummer and just generally a multi instrumentalist from Slovenia.
Thanks! Every lecture about diets is about low protein diet, but there are now enough convincing data about that(

Andernfalls droht u. a. eine Herzinsuffizienz. Weitere Infos auf www.strongkidneys.eu
