So if Daisy is brainwashed, they tell her it's okay but if it's someone they don't care about like Ward or Kara, the team thinks they should burn in hell

I don’t think the team thinks they should rot in hell it’s just that Daisy means so much more to them compared to Ward or Kara. Daisy is like a part of the teams family. Ward killed several people including Victoria Hand and he said himself he wasn’t brainwashed he just followed the wrong path. Kara on the other hand was some what manipulated by Ward. After getting saved from Hydra she had a chance to live but Ward influenced that thinking process which caused her to join him.

It’s also not the same thing. Daisy is in self-hate mode so she sees it as the same thing. She had an alien force enter her brain and control her. Ward and Kara chose over and over again to be evil and kill. Even free of any control they chose to kill. Daisy hated herself and was depressed and suicidal. I actually hated that she compared herself to Ward because it wasn’t the same thing at all, but it allowed the writers to continue to try to prop Ward up when he was just a villain and refused any of the chances he had to be anything other than evil.
