Love the elliptical. My favorite form of cardio. I usually do 2 minutes of hard then 2 30 all outs. Repeat about 20 times. Almost 900 calories

The assembled bike might cost $50 or $200 more depending on your own rate of your time. I was about to buy this machine but I stopped to order. I dislike nonsense with assembly machines. I may buy a random brand used to avoid nonsense. Your own video saved me $460 + tax.😅

i have been doing exercise there and then but my heart rate is always in zone 4 .. i have realised its not good so i am now trying to do exercise in zone 2 and this is the only workout which helped me to stay in zone 2 only .. very helpful workout ,thank you so very much .. please more zone 2 workouts for people like us if possible

Great workout! I think I was spending too much time at peak in most of my treadmill walks-about 50-88% doing HIIT. It feels really good and challenging! Love the endorphins going off in my brain with HIIT, but I don’t want to misuse my body either since I’m a senior in my 70’s! It needs to last! Lol! Thanks for this workout video! Love Sunny Fitness!

I'm beyond happy to have found this video. Mainly because of James. I probably wouldn't do it if someone else was presenting for 3 main reasons - James's "all or nothing comment", constant banter which makes it go quicker, and the positivity and gratitude bit at the end.
