Yes it can. Factory set it is at 37 degrees C. Body temperature but you can adjust it up to max 39 degress or down to ambient temperature. Hello. Yes. There are 2 ways. 1. Put the battery in the remote control. Then turn the power to the toilet off for 1 minutes or more then turn the power to the toilet back on. The remote will auto pair to the toilet. Option 2. Place the battery in the remote control then press and hold the + button the remote whilst pressing and holding the up button on the side of the toilet. Hold both buttons in for around 20 seconds and you will see the screen on the remote control say “pairing ok” If you need any further help do email me. [email protected]

Hello Alan, To prevent the wash going off by accident you do have to be sat down on the toilet before pressing the wash button.

Hello. To pair your remote control. place a battery in the battery compartment and then press the + button on the remote control and the "UP" button on the side of the toilet. Wait until the LCD screen says pairing Ok.

once the battery is in the remote control. Press and hold the up button on the side of the toilet whilst also pressing and holding the + button on the remote control. After 15 seconds or so you will see the words "Pairing OK" appear on the LCD screen.

Hello. The solo will work with the toilet seat down or taken off.
