I grew up in Miramar lived off Panama st! My step dad moved into that house on Panama when he was a baby and we moved back in 2008!! Miss south Florida! And my dad always lived in east Hollywood! And I went to McArthur high school!

My dad and step fam used to live in Miramar in the Silver Lakes community, and I used to visit them as a kid during the summers in the mid 90s through the early 2000s. They moved to Central Florida as they aged due to the growth of South Florida. Now, at 40, my wife and I are considering moving to South Florida.*

I found him on this KZbin channel two weeks ago, reached out to get help finding a place to rent for my son’s summer internship in Sunrise, and just ten days later we signed a lease request digitally! Thank you Michael! I hope to meet you in person to thank you if my husband and I make it down to Florida to have some fun ourselves! Grateful and relieved from Michigan!!!

I used to live in Pines (Pembroke) about 7 years ago. Was thinking of moving back to south Florida and considered Miramar. Ultimately, I don’t know if it’s worth it. Can’t find many newer construction single family homes, traffic has gotten worse since I moved away, and insurance (for home & car) is high. I’m starting to consider a move to Orlando instead. 🤔 I’m so torn 🙁

Thanks for sharing! I'd love to see new construction around hallandale. As a matter of fact I got a call the other day from one of the builders that in the spring time they're suppose to be starting a new project nearby. Maybe I'll do a video for that community!
