This is my great grandfather. I remember sitting by his feet at one of my first few Christmases and my mother had a picture of me as a baby sitting with him. He was wearing that blue plaid shirt. I have my great grandmother’s name and I miss her. She passed about five months ago and I miss her everyday. I would listen to her talk about my great grandfather and she really misses him. I know she loved us but she also missed him a lot and I’m glad they’re together again even if it means I can’t play chickens foot with her anymore Edit: I had remembered sitting by his feet at Christmas but I hadn’t remembered what he said and I couldn’t remember what he sounded like. The first time I heard his voice and could remember it was when I listened to a recording of his speech at the museum in Bismarck and this is the first time I’ve gotten to hear it in probably five years so thank you for posting this. As long as we remember his legacy he isn’t really gone.

This is a good movie. I was born in West Virginia, my father's side are all from there. My dad worked for Union Carbide so we moved away in 1980. I grew up mostly in Arkansas, but I spent every summer in West Virginia at my grandparent's. I haven't been back there in over a decade. It's a sad, dying place.

Hate to say this, but 50% of the Everglades will be paved over in a hundred years. I’ve seen construction of new housing developments going up and it will continue through the upcoming decades. Sadly, I belive, within 200 years there will not be much of the Everglades left.
