I'm 42 years old and I was born in the wrong era I'm lucky that I had grandparents that always had all of this on the television the radio understanding what real music is I'm gifted for that but I would have loved to have grown up in the 50s 60s and 70s

Those Roasts where so great. No one got mad, it was all fun and games. And Don Rickles was top notch. He'd rip on any one, even himself, and there was nothing but laughter. Those where the days, and they will never return. But the people who posts this stuff on KZbin, they are the greatest.

go to Egypt and try all the traditional street food you can, like liver (kebda) and foul (‘fool’) and ofc falafel. I don’t think you need any shots. take a chance. anyway I’d love to see it and know that many others would too 💕💕

The thing about Rickles was that when he wasn't "ON" he was one of the kindest, gentlest, most soft spoken, generous guys ever. His messages at the end of a performance, after ripping everyone and everything apart with his words were always from the heart. That was the real Don Rickles.

The time Rickles was at the awards show commenting about Julia Roberts only living a couple of houses away along the beach, and Julia started to make a comment, Rickles shut her down with the come back, just smile Julia you don't have any lines in this one. I almost wet myself laughing. He was so quick witted, he just layed people out laughing like a train wreck.❤
