Yes I realized it afterwards. The camera I used for this video is bad in night time. I upgraded my camera so future videos will be a lot better. Thank you :)

Bonjour, Ottawa reçois plus de neige qu’autres choses en hiver. Les dernières années les hivers sont moins froid donc parfois il pleut au lieu de la neige.
