this time went into the Cosmos with my new ally who abhors inhibition - many very erratic sounds I didn't know I could make; no whole notes. Upside down a lot of time. Happy to have that ally as otherwise I would have felt foolish. Part of it sounded like 2 chipmunks scolding each other. Perhaps experiencing the fractals within the hologram. The crystal bowl seems to add a nutrient I need.

Worked with this & added a track of blustery wind & drummed & toned the theme of lament. Found it very powerful. Was able to express grief that I felt blocked to express verbally. Felt the wind track carried away the grief. *This was the morning after we did the "Grace, Grief & Gratitude" gathering. Will repeat this as needed.😔

I used this as a background track while I drummed journeying. Found harmonics within it that led to vocalizing fawn, badger, hare and winged ones, then earth - base single note & cosmos - soprano -single note. A lot going on but all harmonious. Will return to this. Also - cool thing - I 'finished' within seconds of the track!.

this to me holds the resonance of early spring, as if the seeds are stretching just as they are waking up. A tender moment full of curiosity. I accompanied it with a quiet drum and gemstone rattle. Thank you.

used this as a backing track while I drummed for a journey to the Upper World holding my intention to ask for an energetic clearing if deemed appropriate by my guide. Metallic fragments were swept away. A steadying background. thank you
