I love this presentation! So many points I could fill in examples on from real life. Thank you for making an elaborate topic, very digestible and interesting. Surely helps that you kick butt with presenting it. Very refreshing style!

This stokes racism and violence. This program has proven to be a liability in the workplace. We got rid of it and I suggest everyone does.

I think its easy to wax poetic on the importance of authenticity, however, dealing with issues where divergent authenticities collide in the workplace sure seems one-sided these days. This quickly applies a "right" and "wrong" definition to ones authenticity. In other words, as long as your authenticity reflects the pushed social norm of the hour, you are fine, if not, you are a problem. This, in turn, crushes the notion of authenticity in the workplace for just about everyone, except for the loudest and most likely to be offended. Shame.

i woke up with chatter- never thought to tame it. i have discussions with people i "don't" trust, had mistrustful situations with, then, conversation continues in my mind(some chatter is to keep us safe). People i do trust, i feel at ease- i don't have the chatter. So, it shows me who to spend time with- but, my mind wants to hang on to help me not forget who is safe, who is not safe. I think i will journal about it- to lighten my worry. The pandemic did not worry as much as certain people do. Introspect is a chance to have a meeting with all your inner guides. Chatter can be a council of my inner world; who is in there, my family, friends. But, sometimes there are inner voices with arguments with people you never argued with other than your mind. So, i am learning to use my inner world more constructively. As an artist, i seem to not notice chatter- or it's friendly;-)

Mental chatter is definitely something you want to get rid of. Living a life where the only thoughts that come across your mind are ones you intentionally brought to consciousness is enlightenment. Always experiencing the Flow State and living in the moment rather than in an imagined future or a nonexistent past.

After seeing this transformation video, I can solidly say that it is possible, it is possible to be the key to every door. I like to thank Mr. Robert for providing the lesson.
