These are all genuinely fantastic. An analogy SHOULD be unexpected and not just the same predictable clichés one has read a thousand times. I'd much rather read any of these in a book than anything most modern authors would rehash from their violent diarrhea of a vocabulary. Somehow all of them reads like something Thomas Pynchon would write.
