Dude,that garden hoe isn't made for cleaning rugs,it's made to use in the garden where you grow vegetables & other things,but not rugs & also dude you're not supposed to leave the handle up on the buffer/scrubber when you're using it, you're supposed to tilt the handle back towards you when you're using it & when you're finished using it put the handle back up

I agree but you have to understand these people don't have the means to get the same tools that western countries or Americans use. They just use what they have.

You're right he doesn't know how to use the buffer/ scrubber,I know how to use one because my dad used one for his job when he was working & he showed me how to use it

I kinda think sometimes there is an excess of loose soil on top of the carpet. Wonderful job regardless.
