Another tip. The other way is - you can also feed wire using same method through left side of the brown foam which also leads to fuse box.

@tomwoji48486 ай бұрын
Thanks. If you buy a 3 in 1 soldering station, it will make it easier to solder because the iron tends to be hotter and you can regulate your temperature. Best thing I bought👍

Could have done without, chisling off the plastic but all done in under an hour, your video helped a heap, no nonsense, thanks !

Another tip is using removal tools instead of screw driver if u have them, probably the best. And another tip is you can shape your boot with the white plastic connector and put it before you put the boot on to make it easier. I showed u can do both ways. When removing gear knob boot at the front its stiff so u can pull bit towards back of vehicle to remove easier. Hope everything helps

I just bought one of these but I don't know how to select the ipod aux. It only goes to aux1?
@tomwoji4848 Жыл бұрын
Yeah the device should work on aux1
@joodleplayz939 Жыл бұрын
@Tom woji the lights are lighting up on the device. But the car is not detecting it as an ipod like yours. I'm wondering if the cords buggered, but in saying that it's clearly providing power to the device and I can connect my phone to it the car just won't detect it.
@tomwoji4848 Жыл бұрын
@@joodleplayz939 try another phone bro see if that works or try disconnecting from car then connecting to device and reconnecting to car.

Just recently did rear doors, they have an extra screw at the door handle hidden with a cap and 1 at rear of door at the top edge, just above where lock is. Hope it helps
@tomwoji4848 Жыл бұрын
Also unlike front door where panel slides sideways out after undoing clips, the rear door panels you slides upwards after undoing clips and you have to slide downwards to put it back on. Hope this tip helps too

@@tomwoji4848 wow thanks for the info mate pretty heavy shit for me lol I'm having trouble with my alternator I think a guy tested my battery reckons my alternator is not sending enough charge sorry the guy was the the one I bought the battery of I told him it's not holding it's charge but I don't know if he just said it was my alternator so he wouldn't have to replace my battery what do you do ? Maybe my alternator is intermittent don't know asked about your gauges because I want to install a voltage meter and what else would you recommend it's doing really weird shit like when I connect my phone to Bluetooth and then if I go somewhere and restart my car the interior command centre says Bluetooth disconnected car battery low charge and when I unlock my doors I have to push the button twice and today when i pushed the button the side mirror started moving weird you know how you can set the buttons on the drivers side seat so when your reverse parking your mirror moves so you can see the gutter. Maybe it needs to go to ford and be put on there diagnostic machine but as you probably know that will cost me a small fortune any help would be grateful. Thanks for the input about your gauges very impressed they look wicked too thanks mate hopefully you can help me out cheers .

@@jamesbalmforth5276 i usually buy heavy duty battery from battery world. They r more expensive but worth every dollar, I would buy one and see how it goes. If your battery is good and your not getting charge then its most likely your alternator ( maybe battery world can test it for you not sure). I had similar issues with bluetooth device and i bought off someone else and never had that problem. so could be your device or cable connection but probably the device. unlocking door could be car battery or battery in remote. mirrors problem is strange maybe swtch not sure, i would start with battery problem first. For gauges it depends what you want to do, but if u can get an ngauge this shows you everything and has diagnostic tool. if you want just normal gauges i would go for volt, boost, and oil pressure as the main ones. hope I helped

@@jamesbalmforth5276 Let me know how u went bro. yeah cars r a money pit, And the higher you push the power the more things can break. It seems like when you fix one thing then another thing needs fixing or needs a service. never ending. But fun when everything works. Hope u fixed your problem 👍
