@BlesssedDay As far as I know, you can add salt or sugar on bread dough for better tests, but on ingera sounds weird to me.

@@marblegold7011 I get u but anjera is eaten even if you sprinkle it with salt. If it were sugar, you are right, but salt is normal, enjera will eat with food so even in the food its salt thou
